Payroll SpecialistRevel Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, TN! This position will oversee payroll processing and payroll compliance for Anakeesta, WildSide, Bryce Development, and Revel Group.Your ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll for Anakeesta employees and bi-weekly payroll for WildSide, Bryce Development, and Revel Group employeesProcess off-cycle payroll payments as neededMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all pay changes, deductions, taxes, and garnishmentsManage and maintain the Harvest timekeeping system, including employee time tracking, auditing, and reportingDemonstrate strong HRIS and payroll system expertise, including creating and maintaining custom payroll reports, dashboards, audits, and reconciliationsEnsure payroll accuracy and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour lawsRespond to employee inquiries related to payroll, paychecks, deductions, direct deposits, and timekeepingPrepare payroll reports, audits, reconciliations, and custom reporting for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to ensure payroll data integrityAssist with payroll-related accounting and accounts payable functions as neededResponsible for responding to and managing unemployment claims on behalf of the organizationAdminister garnishments, child support orders, wage attachments, and other involuntary deductionsMaintain confidentiality of employee payroll informationSupport year-end payroll processing, including W-2 preparation and payroll tax reconciliationOther duties as assignedWhat You NeedPayroll processing experience preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills requiredWorking knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with HRIS, payroll systems, and timekeeping platforms preferredHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionallyPerks of Working with UsMedical, dental, vision coverage from day onePass exchange with area attractions401k with company matchFree parking
