Quality Assurance Technician

QA TechnicianHire Up Staffing is currently hiring a detail-oriented QA Technician for a growing manufacturing environment in Roanoke, Texas. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience looking to join a clean, organized, and team-focused facility.Position Details:Pay: $25/hourSchedule: Monday FridayHours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Perform inspections, testing, and sampling of components, electronic devices, and raw materialsInterpret drawings, sketches, and specifications to ensure quality standards are metUtilize measuring tools and quality inspection equipmentInspect workmanship, installation, alignment, and overall product qualityDetermine approval, rejection, or escalation of inspected materialsConduct final inspection and testing of finished goods and product kitsMaintain accurate documentation, quality records, and data entrySupport production schedules to ensure timely and accurate outputQualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specificationsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle R12 or Agile PLMBackground in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industriesKnowledge of quality systems and regulatory standardsIf you are a motivated self-starter with a strong eye for quality, we want to hear from you!
