In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery, supporting staff performance and development, and maintaining compliance with agency standards and state requirements.The Clinical Director plays a key leadership role by overseeing hiring, training, supervision, case assignment, performance evaluations, and employee relations while also reviewing client charts to ensure accurate treatment planning and quality outcomes.
