This role focuses on modernizing platforms, optimizing processes, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems that support internal operations and customer-facing services.Who You AreYou are a strong communicator who collaborates effectively with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams. You are naturally curious and committed to continuous learning as cloud technologies evolve.What You'll DoAdminister and support Microsoft Azure services including virtual machines, app services, storage accounts, key vaults, and virtual networksDevelop, maintain, and deploy Infrastructure as Code using Bicep templates for consistent cloud resource provisioningMonitor system health and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools to proactively identify and resolve issuesDeploy and maintain internal and external applications with secure integration to Active Directory and single sign-on servicesImplement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies while applying cloud security best practicesCollaborate with DevOps and application teams to troubleshoot incidents, support deployments, and provide Tier 2 infrastructure escalation supportParticipate in operational monitoring, alert response, and on-call rotations to support critical systems and deploymentsTravel may be required up to 20%.
