Application Support / Pick BASIC (UniVerse) Developer - TCS / CUBS📍 Fully Remote💼 Contract💰 Target Pay Range: $65 - $85/hour (W2 or C2C)About The RoleWe are seeking an Application Support Developer with strong experience in Pick BASIC / UniVerse MultiValue environments, ideally supporting TCS (The Collector System), also known as CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems). This role supports a mission-critical collections platform and focuses on ongoing application support, enhancements, and system stability in a fully remote environment.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working within TCS/CUBS or closely related Pick/MultiValue systems, and is comfortable supporting legacy platforms that remain essential to daily business operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on application support and configuration for TCS / The Collector System (CUBS)Develop, modify, and maintain programs and subroutines using Pick BASIC / UniVerseSupport and enhance batch processing, workflows, and backend system functionsMaintain and modify PROCs, scripts, and scheduled jobsTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixesSupport Linux/UNIX environments, including scripting and job schedulingCollaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to recommend and implement solutionsParticipate in remote meetings to review requirements, progress, and system needsJob RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with Pick BASIC / UniVerse MultiValue environmentsStrong application support and troubleshooting backgroundExperience supporting financial, collections, AR, or billing systemsAbility to work independently in a remote production environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred (Highly Desired) ExperienceDirect experience with TCS (The Collector System) / CUBS ⭐Experience working in legacy collections platformsLinux/UNIX scripting and batch job managementPROCs and backend workflow developmentWhy This RoleThis position supports a platform that is critical to daily operations and business continuity.
