Bilingual Checkout Staff –$20+hr ($13-$15/hr guaranteed base + commission pay) Provide excellent customer service to clients. Go above and beyond in answering questions with a friendly, compassionate and helpful attitude. Ensure accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of all paperwork provided to client Provide additional products as well as information about products such as heartworm preventative and flea/tick preventative Accept payment, being careful to enter in all charges accurately and keeping track of payments taken in thoroughly Assist the team as needed, including answering questions, restraining pets, and helping with setting up and taking down the clinic as appropriate Love on clients & the pets that we see at each clinic Team lead positions also available for additional pay on top of regular rate!
