Support performance monitoring, forecasting, and continuous improvement efforts through effective business intelligence solutions and analytical recommendations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, along with advanced spreadsheet skills. Familiarity with databases, SQL, data modeling, and business performance metrics is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of business intelligence frameworks, data governance, and performance measurement methodologies is a plus.
