QA & Support Engineer Full Time, Remote (East Coast) PrepMD is the premier cardiac healthcare solutions company, providing training, staffing, remote servicing, and software solutions to device clinics across the United States. Our OMNI software suite is at the forefront of cardiac clinic management, and we are seeking a QA & Support Engineer to support the delivery and availability of excellent software. As a contributor to PrepMD's OMNI software team, you will be responsible for collaborating with engineering, clinical, and management stakeholders to identify, investigate, and address software-related issues. Responsibilities Promote quality within PrepMD's technology solutions. Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, investigating and troubleshootingproblems, and escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary. Proactively monitor application performance, logs, and metrics to identify issues before they affect users. Experience in replicating and investigating software issues to identify root causes. Basic troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure issues (e.g., investigating cloud services ormonitoring resource utilization). Maintain and expand automated end-to-end tests Manage, classify, and respond to technical support tickets. Prepare and present quarterly assessment reports to PrepMD's technical leadership. Qualifications University degree relating to computer science or information technology 2+ years of experience in QA and support Exceptional attention to detail Knowledge of agile testing methodologies and techniques Strong understanding of relational database concepts Experience using SQL to query data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for quality, performance, and reliability Experience working in regulated healthcare environments, with a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) Additional Skills Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience with DataDog Experience developing end-to-end tests using Cypress Experience working with HL7 files Experience with Java, Python, or Ruby Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Yearly pay Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Technology: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: Remote
