The Production Assistant will support event setup, operational logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure all production elements run smoothly during events and daily activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site production tasks Prepare and organize materials, equipment, and supplies for events Support team members with day-to-day operational and production needs Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and properly arranged Monitor workflow during events and report any issues to supervisors Help coordinate logistics to ensure timely execution of event activities Maintain inventory of production materials and assist with restockingMinimum RequirementsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in events, production, or general labor is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What We OfferCompetitive weekly pay Training provided Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive and team-oriented environment Stable, full-time schedule
