We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package, along with the opportunity to work within an innovative and collaborative environment.Join our Revenue Management Team as an eBilling Analyst The eBilling Analyst is responsible for administering the firm's AI eBilling tool by reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining validation rules, identifying potential billing risks, and proactively resolving issues to minimize rejections, write-downs, and payment delays. This role drives process improvements and contributes to reliable and timely client billing by collaborating with various teams and monitoring billing data.This role will be based on a remote basis and reporting to the eBilling Supervisor.Key ResponsibilitiesServes as the primary administrator for the AI billing tool, Validate; maintains and updates validation rules and warning settings based on each client billing guidelineDemonstrates a strong understanding of client billing guidelines to ensure successful submission of invoiceWorks closely with department leadership to improve eBilling efficiency in an effort to reduce reductions and rejectionsMonitors validation trends to identify recurring issues and recommends process improvements for each clientCollaborates with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting staff to gather required billing information and address billing questionsTracks and reports on eBilling metrics, such as successful submission rates and rejection ratesIdentifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in eBillingMaintains accurate records and documentation for all eBilling activitiesFlexibility to attend onsite trainings, work overtime and conduct business travel as neededQualificationsSkills & CompetenciesAbility to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and effectively prioritize multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skillsDemonstrates the ability to adapt and shift priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues independently and effectivelyExemplifies excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, maintains a professional demeanor and polished presentation, and thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environmentsEducation & Prior ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredA minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic billing; law firm or third-party eBilling vendor experience strongly preferredTechnologyFamiliarity with major electronic billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, etc.) and law firm billing software (e.g., Elite, Aderant, etc.).Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook requiredExceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quicklyGT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis.
