Join a personal care manufacturer who is seeking a chemical compounder who will be responsible for precisely weighing and mixing raw materials to produce liquid compounds for personal care products like skincare, haircare, and fragrances.Shifts: 1st and 2nd available!Pay: $20-20.75/hourWhat You'll DoAccurately weigh and mix raw materials according to established formulas and specifications.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company and safety standards.Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards.Set up, calibrate, and operate equipment for precise production runs.Conduct quality control tests to verify product consistency and integrity.Document production data for batch records and regulatory compliance.Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.Perform routine cleaning and maintenance following standard operating procedures.Support the training and onboarding of new compounders.Responsibilities may vary slightly depending on location.Education & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)Experience in chemical compounding or productionThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
