The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and built for professionals who thrive in a high-accountability environment where results matter.POSITIONThe Regional Recruitment Lead will oversee patient enrollment strategy and performance across multiple research sites within an assigned region. This leader will guide site-level recruitment teams, optimize patient funnels, and ensure enrollment and revenue targets are consistently achieved. The role is highly data-driven and hands-on, partnering closely with corporate and site leadership to drive measurable results. This position is remote with occasional travel to sites, regional offices, and community events.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute regional patient recruitment strategies across multiple studies and sitesLead and coach recruitment managers and enrollment teams to meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goalsMonitor KPIs and performance metrics, taking fast action to improve conversion and reduce gapsBuild community partnerships and referral networks with physicians, advocacy groups, and local organizationsEnsure an exceptional patient experience from first contact through enrollmentPartner with corporate teams to improve processes, systems, vendor performance, and overall recruitment efficiencyQUALIFICATIONS3+ years managing patient enrollment teams of 5 or more representativesPrior experience in clinical trial recruitment, call center leadership, or healthcare salesStrong understanding of enrollment processes, compliance standards, and patient engagement strategiesProven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and improve individual and team KPIsHighly analytical and comfortable using CRM and call center systemsBachelor’s degree required; business or healthcare-related degree preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a proven enrollment leader who wants to play a meaningful role in scaling a growing research network while building their career within a high-growth organization.
