Patient Coordinator/hospitality manager/receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update medical information in the system
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to the dental staff as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic dental record systems such as Eaglesoft, or similar software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
