Loaner Associate
Corin is recruiting a Loaner Associate to join the team in Raynham on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will work directly with customer service, the distribution center, and loaner program staff to handle receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory tasks to meet customer needs. The key responsibilities of the Loaner Associateare to:Maintain receiving, warehousing, and loaner operations by following quality policies and personnel procedures while complying with all applicable regulations, practices, and documented procedures related to our shipping, receiving, distribution center, and loaner programParticipate in continuous improvement projectsWork as a team player to accomplish all goals and objectivesUpdate and process all cases and incoming receiving quickly and efficiently using a web-based management tool (WebOps)Wash, autoclave and process returning instrument sets and individual instrumentsPerform inspection on all implant and instrument cases before shippingReview Loaner and Field Return instrument sets for cleanliness, damage, functionality, and completenessEnsure that all Loaner sets are up-to-date and accurate to current documentationReplenish broken and missing instruments to Loaner setsPerform regular maintenance/testing for Washer/AutoclaveCreate shipping labels using our Ship Manager softwareBox, secure, and ship all packages through the designated shipping serviceParticipate in regular cycle counts to maintain inventoryWork closely with customer service to ensure timely delivery of productProcess all Reverse Logistics inventoryReconcile inventory discrepancies and customer complaintsPull and process all expired, RGAs, NCMR's, and recalls as directedEnsure all applicable training is completeMaintain a safe work environmentWork at a high level of qualitySupport all distribution activities as requiredPerform other related duties as assignedThe ideal Loaner Associate will have/be:A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent1-2 years' experience in warehousing or related fieldGood attention to detailThe ability to follow specific and detailed instructions including SOPs and work instructionsThe ability to handle and work under time-sensitive conditionsProven effective verbal, written and presentation communication skillsPractical computer skills using email, word processing, and spreadsheetsComfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs. consistentlyThe ability and willingness to stand on your feet for the majority of the dayRequired to be involved in occasional overtime - this will be scheduled per business needsExperience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA GMP) is preferred Experience in using an ERP system is preferredThe base pay range for this position is $19-23/hour.
