Phase Technologies is looking for Embedded Electrical Engineer to work in developing new products based on power switching technology. The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of product development from the initial specification of product functionality, to working with team members to implement the hardware, and writing the software to implement the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Minimum of 2 years' experience in hands-on hardware and firmware design
Working knowledge of signal processing, communication protocols, PCB layout and programming languages.
Embedded systems implementation experience using flash based microcontrollers, DSP and CPLD
Solid debugging skills and the ability to solve difficult problems
Organizational and leadership skills to lead multidisciplinary teams through the product development process
Support other staff in failure analysis and product technical support
Requires good communication skills, both written and oral, to cooperate with other departments in a team atmosphere
Applicants MUST be a U.S. citizen or permanent residents
SKILLS (PREFERRED):
Proficient with embedded test equipment
Software: Altium Designer, C/C++, VB
Protocols: USB, SPI, I2C, RS-232/485
Graphical user interface and human interface device design
SALARY:
Depends upon experience
