This role will support the Event Operations team in planning, preparation, and execution of The Biltmore Championship Asheville.Daily Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Event Operations Director and Specialist to activate all aspects of the Biltmore Championship Assist with management of vendor, club staff, and tour staff relationshipsDirect management of vendors such as:Ecology POL/Restroom Trailers Golf Carts Radio Communications Mobile Office/Storage Rental Fencing Miscellaneous Vendors Support event staff with execution of large-scale special events throughout advance and event weeks Liaison for on-site corporate partnership activations and execution Responsible for managing event operations timeline Forklift and heavy equipment operation RequirementsInterest in Event Management, Marketing and/or Sports MarketingAbility to work in a team environmentPublic relations skills and ability to communicate with staff, volunteers, corporate clients and vendorsMust take initiative, operate proactively and think independently in project managementCapacity to work on several projects simultaneouslySelf-discipline with schedule and time managementOrganized with attention to detailAbility to stand for long periods and lift/move objects weighing 50 poundsKnowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookEmployment DatesAugust – October , 2026
