The Ideal Candidate: You may be a great fit if you are someone who: • Naturally keeps things organized • Enjoys working behind the scenes to support larger projects • Communicates clearly and professionally • Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed • Notices details others miss • Learns technology and new systems quickly • Follows through and does what they say they'll do • Is comfortable with occasional travel for events or initiatives • Works well independently but enjoys being part of a team Compensation & Schedule: • Full-time, in-office position • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Starting salary: $45,000 annually • Occasional travel may be expected • PTO/benefits Responsibilities: • Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and ongoing projects • Help manage calendars, schedules, timelines, and deadlines • Coordinate lender deliverables and ensure materials are organized and distributed appropriately • Support administrative and operational projects across AIME initiatives • Communicate professionally with partners, vendors, and internal teams • Track assignments, follow-ups, and outstanding items to completion • Maintain organized digital files, systems, and workflows • Assist with travel coordination and logistics as needed • Provide operational support where needed to help keep initiatives moving efficiently • Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Gmail) • Comfortable learning new software platforms and technology • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines • Professional demeanor and reliability • Must be able to work in the office in Longview, Texas Preferred Experience (Not Required): • Administrative support experience • Operations or coordinator experience • Event assistance or event coordination experience • Experience with CRMs, project management tools, or workflow systems Compensation: $45,000• Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, and ongoing projects • Help manage calendars, schedules, timelines, and deadlines • Coordinate lender deliverables and ensure materials are organized and distributed appropriately • Support administrative and operational projects across AIME initiatives • Communicate professionally with partners, vendors, and internal teams • Track assignments, follow-ups, and outstanding items to completion • Maintain organized digital files, systems, and workflows • Assist with travel coordination and logistics as needed • Provide operational support where needed to help keep initiatives moving efficiently • Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompensation:$45,000 per year
