Janitor

Job Title: Janitorial Services Technician Pay Range: $17–$24 per hour (based on experience) Contract Duration: Through December 2026 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Technician to support daily cleaning operations across occupied buildings at an active site location. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily janitorial services in occupied buildings with minimal supervision Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Follow company and departmental policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Use sound judgment, initiative, and discretion while completing assigned tasks Communicate with supervisors to resolve questions or issues as they arise Assist in improving processes and procedures to enhance service quality and safety Support additional duties as assigned by management Basic Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of relevant experience Valid driver’s license U.S. Citizenship (dual citizenship subject to approval) Minimum Qualifications Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow assignments through to completion Willingness to work overtime on short notice when needed Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills Awareness of and commitment to workplace safety practices Basic computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications Prior janitorial experience in an operations or industrial environment Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products, chemicals, and materials
