The program runs alongside our INSPIRE GREATNESS Summer Internship Program, providing Management Trainees with early exposure to TCL's business operations, leadership teams, and cross-functional collaboration.Management Trainees will work closely with department leaders on strategic initiatives, operational projects, and cross-functional efforts that support real business priorities. This program is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong initiative, analytical thinking, and leadership potential, and who are ready to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced corporate environment.Participating DepartmentsManagement Trainees may be placed within one of the following departments based on business needs, skills, and academic background:MarketingProduct OperationsSalesSupply ChainDuties May Include But Are Not Limited ToSupporting department leaders on initiatives that impact business performance and operational prioritiesAssisting with strategic analysis, business case development, and operational planningLeading defined project components with guidance from managers and mentorsPreparing executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholdersAnalyzing data and identifying insights to support business decision-makingParticipating in cross-functional meetings to understand how different teams collaborate to deliver resultsContributing ideas to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiencySupporting coordination across multiple stakeholders and project teamsPresenting project outcomes, insights, or recommendations to departmental leadership at the conclusion of key initiativesQualification/RequirementsRecent graduate or graduating senior pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related fieldDemonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, internships, or community involvementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environmentHigh level of curiosity, initiative, and accountabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPointInterest in building a long-term career within a global consumer technology organizationProgram ExperienceThe Summer Management Trainee Program provides a structured onboarding and development experience designed to accelerate early-career growth and expose participants to the inner workings of a global technology company.Management Trainees will gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and observing how leaders evaluate strategy, manage operations, and drive performance.
