The Mundy Companies, a Leader In The Industrial Maintenance, Services, And Construction Fields, Is Currently Hiring The Following For a Long-term Position In The Corpus Christi, Texas AreaINDUSTRIAL JANITORThis position will be working a 40 hour week on a 5 x 8s Schedule, with potential for overtime.ResponsibilitiesKeep buildings in a clean and orderly conditionPerform various cleaning dutiesPerform routine maintenance cleaning tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipmentQualifications:Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred, but not requiredAbility handle a physical workload when neededThe successful candidate will maintain a high degree of personal safety and environmental awareness at all time. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing is also required.
