This role leads end-to-end brand management across product, innovation, communication, and go-to-market strategy, acting as the business owner who champions both consumer insight and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the brand’s strategic growth plan, including brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and financial targetsManage the brand P&L and optimize spend for maximum ROIOwn brand performance metrics including revenue, profit, share, and brand health and recommend actions to close gapsManage the product assortments and lifecycle from innovation to discontinuationOwn the innovation pipeline: identify whitespace opportunities, lead concept development, validate consumer insights, and guide new product launches from idea through commercializationCollaborate with the Integrated Marketing Communications team to bring the brand strategy to life through high-impact campaigns and storytellingChampion the consumer's voice across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand values and identityRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field7-10 years of progressive brand management experience in CPG, with proven success in innovation and business leadershipStrong financial acumen and P&L management experienceExceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skillsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based with hybrid flexibility; remote consideration possible for the right candidate with reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated professional workspaceCollaborative, fast-paced environment with regular engagement across marketing, sales, operations, and executive leadershipFrequent video conferencing via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms; camera-on participation expected for internal meetingsStandard business hours with occasional flexibility required to support product launches, campaign deadlines, or time-sensitive brand initiativesPrimarily sedentary role with extended periods of working at a computer workstationFrequent use of hands for typing, presentations, and digital asset reviewVisual acuity required for reviewing brand materials, marketing content, and data-driven reportingAbility to manage multiple concurrent deadlines independently with minimal supervisionOccasional travel may be required to support go-to-market activations, agency partners, or industry eventsFeatured BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & DiscountsWhy Join Ways2Well?
