A company is looking for a Data & Integrations Engineer to develop integration workflows for data exchange between systems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify functional requirements that drive data architecture and technology decisions for major hospital system implementations
Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable integration solutions, including APIs and ELT jobs
Serve as a subject matter expert in EHR interoperability and mentor Integration/ETL Engineers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 8+ years of experience in building integration services
8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting SOAP/REST APIs
4+ years of experience with cloud-native services such as AWS API Gateway, SQS, and Lambda
Proficiency with at least two scripting languages, preferably Python
Sound knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, such as HL7 and FHIR
