At Call Mike we specialize in design-to-build, and building renovation services, from houses, to conventional commercial space, and onto custom carpentry finish work, tiling, cabinetry installs, and everything in between. We are looking to hire multiple individuals with a variety of skills in the following areas: Complete painting services with the ability to self-start any painting job. Drywall installation & texture application Tile & masonry work Siding installation – of all types; hardie plank, vinyl siding, cedar shake, tongue & groove, etc. Roofing Frame-to-Finish carpentry skills Fixture installation Site work Applying candidates please be sure to list ALL product brands you are familiar with installing, to spec of manufacturers instructions. Duties to include but not limited to: Ability to lift upwards of 80lb safely and individually. Ability to follow all OSHA safety guidelines, including mask & respirator requirements. Ability to climb ladders, and work off heights safely, and effectively. Ability to follow all tool safety & product installation rules as written by their respective manufacturers. Essential functions/major responsibilities: - Constructing following framing standards & practices. - Set up, maintain, and break-down of all jobsites, and tasks. - Use of specialized tools, saws, vibrators, chainsaws, power sanders, pressure washers, spray guns, HEPA vacuums, assortment of hand tools, and landscaping tools. - Ensuring all constructions & assemblies are done according to code/instructions/warranty procedures. - Maintaining personal employee work duties and requirements. Knowledge, skills, and abilities to include any of the following, but not limited to: - One+ year experience in framing. - One+ year experience in concrete form building & concrete work. - One+ year experience in tile setting & masonry applications. - One+ year experience in landscaping. - One+ year experience in building/property maintenance/management. - One+ year experience interior/exterior painting. - One+ year experience in roofing; asphalt, metal, rubber. - One+ year experience in drywall hanging & finishing. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekends as needed License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Pendleton, OR 97801 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pendleton, OR 97801: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
