Description Duties include: Understanding business requirements and develop configuration management plan. Developing and implement effective configuration management processes based on best practices. Maintaining documentations of build processes for future reference. Developing best practices to improve integrity and quality of configuration processes. Evaluating existing configuration management processes and recommend improvements. Providing support in system design, development, testing and implementation activities. Work closely with development and support teams to complete configurations tasks within deadlines. Analyze and troubleshoot configuration problems in a timely manner.
