Will be overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules are met, and lead a team of production employees. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily production operations and schedules Supervise, train, and evaluate production employees Assign work and resolve production or personnel issues Support hiring and workforce scheduling Maintain production, safety, and employee records Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce scrap Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards Prepare operational reports for management RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent 5-10 years of manufacturing or related industry experience Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience Ability to read blueprints and understand production processes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
