Loan Documentation Specialist I

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a loan documentation specialist that can manage an active pipeline, perform detailed diligence reviews on loans.Job SummaryShifts Available: Hybrid/4 days on site 8:30am to 5pm Pay range: $32 Coordinate the preparation of new and renewed loan documentation following standards Stakeholder management and ensuring legal counsel Order tax services and floor certificates on all real estate loans Transmit prepared loan documents packages to the lenders Translate all critical aspects of the loan documents into workflow Build a deal pipeline and tightly manage deal closing dates and all the critical data points Upload all documents using proper indexing rules to the bank Manage and verify the accuracy of all exception tracking systems and reports Works closely with loan collateral manager and lenders to ensure proper documentation is received and recorded QualificationsAdvanced Math Aptitude Excel and MS Suite experience Exceptional customer service skills and experience High leaning ability Strong organizational skills 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience BenefitsCompetitive salary Health insurance Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
