RN - Skilled Nursing (PRN)Location: Bradford, MA 01835Employment Type: PRNPay Rate: $54 - $58/hr; (Negotiable based on experience) Shift: Evening Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:15 PMPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. The RN will provide high-quality clinical care to residents, ensure adherence to care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote patient well-being and recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care standards.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor, record, and report resident symptoms or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records.Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state/federal regulations.Participate in shift hand-offs, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate or Bachelor's degree).Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MassachusettsExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification required.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.To Apply:Please submit an updated resume.
