About the job Temporary Return Load Planner CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES80% Load Planningo Arrange return in a timely fashion to meet customer scheduled pick up dateso Plan and schedule using the most efficient and cost-effective delivery methods; Truckload, LessThan Truckload, and Parcelo Track and trace shipmentso Provide world class customer service to internal and external customerso Monitor RAs to ensure it is compliant with return policyo BOL management to confirm load was received in full20% Investigateand Analyzeo Work in liaison with warehousing, transportation and customer to resolve RA discrepancieso Report all aging RA (Return Authorization) root cause and actions weekly to Managemento Research customer chargebacks and deductions that relate to open RAs not receivedREQUIREMENTS:o Bachelors Degreeo Must have strong analytic skillso Must have a drivers license & be able to travel to other stateso 1-2 years of load planning or logistics experience is desiredo Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
