Job Description BJC HealthCareandSaint Luke'sare looking for aRegistered Nurse (RN)to join ourPrimary Careteam inNorth Kansas City. Shift: Full time Monday-Friday daytime hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM-no nights or weekends required.The RoleAs a Clinical RN, you will be the backbone of patient coordination and clinical excellence. You'll balance high-level nursing judgment with hands-on care, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and our patients receive top-tier support.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Coordination:Manage patient flow, perform telephone triage, and schedule urgent appointments.Patient Advocacy:Act as a subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, and the interpretation of clinical testing.Team Leadership:Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on competency and scope of practice, and provide coverage for LPN or MA duties when necessary.Administrative Precision:Handle order entry (as directed by providers), manage expired samples, and maintain meticulous documentation.Collaboration:Work effectively both as an autonomous clinician and as a supportive team member in a fast-paced environment.What You'll NeedActive RN License in Missouri (compact license preferred).Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.The ability to pivot between complex nursing assessments and general office support as needed.Apply today to join a team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality primary care!
