Job DescriptionDevelop and implement quality assurance processes to meet industry standards. Utilize advanced metrology equipment to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures and results. Support internal and external audits related to quality standards. Train and mentor team members on quality processes and best practices. The Successful ApplicantA successful Quality Engineer should have: Strong knowledge of metrology and quality assurance principles. Extensive PPAP/APQP experience Strong Experience with GD&T Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Experience with quality management systems and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
