Therapist - LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD - Private Practice

Work with Willow is working with an upscale private practice in St. Pete and Tampa that is seeking a qualified and experienced mental health Therapists to join the team! As a Therapist, you will provide compassionate and effective counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health challenges. This role requires a fully licensed professional with at least 2 years of experience in the field. This role is hybrid with both in-person and remote based sessions. Responsibilities: Conduct individual therapy sessions to address clients' mental health concerns and facilitate positive change. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and other necessary documentation. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mental health research, treatments, and therapies. Comply with ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and industry standards related to mental health counseling. Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and active listening skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. Provide crisis intervention as needed and make appropriate referrals when necessary. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Mental Health Therapist. Ability to commit to a full-time caseload Fully licensed with one of the following designations: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family (LMFT) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), PhD, or PsyD Ability to work in an office-based setting and be available for in-person counseling sessions with clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues. Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently. Must adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines in handling sensitive client information. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' needs, including potential evening or weekend appointments.
