As a Junior Onboarding Specialist, you will be on the front line of opening brand-new markets — introducing dental practices to a smarter, faster, more affordable way to staff their offices.If you are hungry to learn, energized by talking to people all day, and excited by the idea of being part of building the next hyper-growth marketplace, this is your seat at the table. You won't be just a cog in a wheel — a year from now, you will be able to point to entire territories and say, "I helped build that."You'll be fully supported with structured onboarding, hands-on sales training, ongoing coaching, and a steady flow of marketing-driven leads to get you ramped up and winning quickly.What You'll DoOpen new markets by introducing dental practices in your assigned territory to the Cloud Dentistry marketplace.Build pipeline from scratch through a mix of inbound leads, outbound email, and cold calling — using our proven sales playbook.Run engaging product tours and walk practices through how the marketplace solves their staffing headaches.Onboard new practices onto the platform and set them up for long-term success.Hit (and beat) monthly new-customer acquisition goals.Partner closely with marketing, sales leadership, and your peers to test new outreach approaches and share what's working.Who You AreA recent graduate or early-career professional excited to launch a career in tech sales — no prior sales experience required.A strong communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone, sending lots of emails, and talking to new people every day.Energetic, proactive, and tenacious — you treat "no" as information, not rejection.Coachable and curious.
