Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our 1st shift milling department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality, close-tolerance precision parts for a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have strong machining fundamentals, experience with CNC 3-Axis milling centers, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team production goals.Key Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines.Manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.Perform first-piece and in-process inspections and make machine adjustments as required.Complete production documentation including job travelers, operator check sheets, and inspection reports.Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure product quality and tolerance requirements.Assist team members and support overall manufacturing goals.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.Qualifications:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Experience using precision measuring instruments.Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC Vertical 3-Axis milling centers.Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC setup and programming for 3-Axis milling centers.Experience using Mastercam software.Prior experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer, or CNC Mill Machinist preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Benefits:401(k) with company match.Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.Paid time off.Flexible schedule.Referral program.Quarterly bonus and overtime opportunities.Air-conditioned manufacturing facility.If you are interested, could you please share your updated resume along with your salary expectations to Tristan@teksky.com
