This is a greenfield project, offering a unique opportunity to join a site from the ground up and play a key role in shaping systems, processes, and data integrity standards.🔍 Your RoleAs a CMMS Data Administrator, you will be the site expert for maintenance data and systems, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).You will work closely with maintenance, reliability, and quality teams to optimize system performance and support GMP operations.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality, accurate CMMS data to support maintenance and operationsMonitor and improve data consistency, integrity, and reportingAct as the site CMMS expert, supporting users and troubleshooting issuesDevelop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboardsSupport audits and inspections as CMMS SMEDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to CMMS and data processesManage user access, system updates, and trainingPerform data analysis to support investigations, CAPAs, and KPIsCollaborate with global and local data stakeholders✅ Your Profile3–5 years of experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo or equivalent)Experience in a GMP / highly regulated environmentStrong understanding of data integrity principlesAdvanced skills in Excel and data analysisAbility to work independently and proactively➕ Nice to HaveExperience with SQL / database querying toolsKnowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)Background in maintenance, reliability, or engineering environmentsExperience delivering user training🌟 Why Apply?Join a high-impact greenfield projectBe part of a cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing siteWork in a collaborative and fast-growing environmentContribute directly to GMP readiness and operational excellence
