Field Service Technician

Provide the Aagard experience
Ensure the Aagard machine is the best machine in the plant
Deliver a user-friendly machine (operator's favorite!)
Conduct top tier training
Deliver a superior customer experience that surpasses expectations
Successful new machine/retro builds ITS (Install, Test, and Support)
Test and assemble machines, ensuring project success
Ensure concise and timely communication between Aagard and customer
Provide quality assurance for retrofit and warranty assemblies
Customer Relations
Build trust and maintain strong customer relations
Be the best technician in the plant to work with
Independently proficient at problem solving in the field

Minium Requirements:
Minimum of Associates degree plus two years' experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time or more, Valid driver's license and passport is required
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb. Ability to lift, pull, push 50lbs.
Ability to view and understand CAD drawings, Microsoft products and the use of Aagard software
Knowledge of blueprint reading: hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and use of correct terminology
