You will: Lead and support a team of seven project managers across customer, data, and operations portfolios Serve as an escalation point and strategic partner to portfolio leadership Ensure governance frameworks, ULC standards, and delivery expectations are followed Coach and mentor project managers, fostering continuous improvement Participate in LEAN activities and champion best practices Partner with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, risks, and timelines Oversee project budget alignment, risk mitigation, and progress tracking across portfolios Skills & Experience You Should PossessYou don’t need to meet 100% of the criteria to apply. If this role excites you and you bring relevant strengths, we want to hear from you. 10+ years of project management experience 5+ years leading people who lead projects Experience managing capital projects in the $5M–$10M range Proficiency with MS Project Familiarity with ServiceNow (SPM) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to influence without authority and navigate challenging situations with integrity Bonus Points If You Have Utility or regulatory industry experience LEAN experience PMP certification (preferred, not required) Education & Certifications You Need No specific degree requirement listed PMP certification is considered a plus What We OfferAt Trissential, we value leadership, collaboration, and growth. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
