This role involves working with other researchers and clinicians. They help submit for external funding, execute study deliverables, and share results in high-impact journals. They also present at local, national, and international conferences.Essential Functions Of The RoleEngages in a supportive role with researchers, scientists, and clinicians to secure external funding from federal, foundation, or other sources.Serves as a co-investigator on investigator-initiated or industry-sponsored research studies and supports the successful execution of all study deliverables.Supports sharing research in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and at conferences. This may include writing, examination, or content expertise.Serves as a liaison between the Institute, clinical service lines, and the community. This includes attending or presenting at seminars, journal clubs, and thesis defenses.Involved in teaching and mentoring activities of students, residents, and/or postdoctoral research fellows.Serves as the principal investigator's representative and resource at meetings and conferences.Key Success FactorsOne year of relevant experience after a Post Doctoral Fellowship is preferred. Alternatively, two years in a research lab, clinical lab, or animal care facility is preferred.Willingness to support successful grant submissions.Ability to support publications in high-impact and peer-reviewed journals. This includes first-author or co-author submissions.Ability to support dissemination of study findings at local, national, and international conferences.Knowledge of research methodology and study execution.Knowledge of key safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements for work performed.Brings a unique skillset or knowledge that will significantly contribute to the research program.Willingness to mentor students, post docs, or key study personnel.Exceptional communication skills and collaboration skills.Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary research team.Belonging StatementWe believe that all people should feel welcomed, valued and supported.QualificationsEDUCATION - Masters'EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of Experience
