This long-term role offers stability, a flexible work environment, and the chance to provide essential care in a well-supported outpatient clinic.Responsibilities:Provide primary care services to a diverse adult and/or family populationPerform routine physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditionsCoordinate patient care and make referrals as neededDocument patient visits thoroughly in the EMR systemCollaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality careSchedule & Details:Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends or call)Start Date: As soon as credentialedDuration: Minimum one-year contract with potential to extendSetting: Outpatient onlyPatient Volume: Manageable caseload, mostly scheduled visits
