Quirk Chevrolet of Portland is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control/Warehouse Specialist to join our Parts Department. If you're organized, motivated, and ready to grow with a well-established dealership, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities include:Monitor and maintain current inventory levelsTrack parts orders and investigate discrepancies or delays Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock items Ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for service jobs Process and document parts returnsReview and process invoices for approval and payment Verify parts and accessories availability for resale Perform routine data entry and clerical tasksConduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock Follow all company safety policies and procedures ?
