Posting Details Position Information Working Title P-12 Program Manager Department Institute for Health Innovations Compensation Title Program Manager, IHI Position Number 30028426 Position Status Contract Work Schedule Monday - Friday full time Hours per Week 37.5 Months per Year 12 Purpose of Position This position is primarily focused on developing, expanding, evaluating, and running youth after-school programming and youth camps, especially summer and school break camps, including hiring, onboarding, training and managing camp staff.In addition, the P-12 Program Manager will oversee the coordination, organization, improvement measures, and delivery of the IHI P-12 pathway programs portfolio, working with the Director and Program Coordinator to develop a comprehensive set of programs that reaches students at all grade levels, focused on underrepresented and low-income students. This person will also support field trips, Discovery Kits, gifted & talented programs and other in-school and out-of-school outreach programs as needed.This position interacts with multiple constituencies, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, members of the community, school administration, and others. Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage P-12 after-school and camp programs; Coordinate schedules and day-of logistics;Coordinate, organize, and improve pathway program portfolio;On-going assessment of programs for effectiveness and best practices for continuousimprovement of services and materials;Hire, onboard, trains and manage camp staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably with a major in Education.Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication skills.Familiarity with MS Office Suite of Applications preferred.Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
