We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.Position SummaryWe are looking for positive individuals to assist with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer serviceOperate an electronic cash register and credit card machinePerform basic mathematical computationsBalance drawer and manage daily incomeCommunicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly mannerClean dining and food & beverage areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers Pick up dishes, glasses, eating utensils, and trash in dining and food & beverage areas Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine; wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas Assist in party rentals: Guest check-in, party supplies and set-up, cleaning of sheltersAlert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawerAdditional tasks assigned by managementMinimum QualificationsMust be able to work weekendsPrior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawerAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsOne year of customer service experience with general public preferredPrior experience in the Food & Beverage industryWorking Conditions And Physical DemandsMust be able to lift 40 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
