Job Description Our organization is seeking a part-time Gastroenterologist to become a member of our employed group practices at two hospital locations in Albuquerque, NM.Position Overview:Part-Time (0.5 FTE)Collaborate with a team of 6 Gastroenterologists, 4 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician Assistant, and additional support staffAccess to Advanced Practitioner SupportPractice coverage at both hospital sites, located just 10 miles apartFacilities include a dedicated GI Lab at Lovelace Westside Hospital with 2 procedure rooms and 4 recovery baysLovelace Women's Hospital also features a dedicated GI Lab with 2 procedure rooms and 8 recovery baysOn-site outpatient clinics available at both hospital locationsClinical office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PMAverage daily patient load: 20 in clinic and 16 in the GI LabERCP experience is preferred but not mandatoryElectronic Medical Records (EMR) system: EpicRecruitment Package May Include:Base salary plus wRVU production incentiveContinuing Medical Education (CME) allowanceSign-on bonusAssistance with medical debt and consultative services through Navigate Student LoansRelocation assistanceResidency stipendPaid malpractice insuranceHealth benefits and retirement planSupport for marketing and practice growth- J-1 waiver support available through State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty- O-1 visa supportRecognition:Lovelace Women's Hospital has received an "A" Safety Rating from The Leapfrog Group (Spring 2025).About Our Health System:Our health system has been dedicated to addressing the evolving healthcare needs of the community since 1912.
