Job Title: Certified SAFe Agile Scrum Master Mandatory Skills: SAFe agile Scrum Master certified Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Guide teams in Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and plan releases Identify and remove blockers to team progress Track metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown) to improve team efficiency Requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) 3+ years' experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role Strong communication and facilitation skills Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) J-18808-Ljbffr
