In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex queries and stored procedures across OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data environments. You will play a crucial part in enabling data-driven decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our data assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Additionally, familiarity with Denodo, Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, MongoDB, and Exadata, as well as cloud platforms and containerization, will be considered advantageous.QualificationsMinimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL development within OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data environments.At least 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on complex data querying and analysis.2+ years of experience writing medium to complex stored procedures.Extensive knowledge of data movement, processing, and integration techniques including ETL, API, and OLAP.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with Denodo data virtualization platform is a plus.Big Data experience (Hadoop, MongoDB, Exadata) is desirable.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Knowledge of API Gateways, microservices architecture, and security best practices is advantageous.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages to support business reporting and analytics needs.Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data solutions.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources and environments.Implement and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and data movement strategies to facilitate seamless data integration.Develop and maintain documentation related to data processes, query logic, and system architecture.Participate in data modeling, schema design, and performance tuning activities to enhance system efficiency.Assist in troubleshooting data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Leverage Denodo and other data virtualization tools to enable flexible data access and integration.Stay updated with emerging technologies in Big Data, cloud computing, and data security to recommend improvements.Support data governance and security initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.BenefitsDCM Infotech Solutions Inc offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional development.
