We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Precision Manufacturing Technicians. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning technical processes. You'll receive on-the-job training to develop specialized skills in precision production using both manual and automated equipment.This position offers long-term growth potential in a structured, fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and consistency matter.Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $16.00/ hrShifts Available: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Benefits Include: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and technical specifications Operate manual and CNC equipment for grinding, milling, and polishing tasks Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools Troubleshoot issues that arise during production Optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards Document procedures and maintain accurate records of work performed Qualifications Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant post-secondary education or training Strong understanding of mechanical concepts and basic math/geometry Excellent problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds Must pass a mechanical aptitude test, drug screen, and background check Preferred Experience Work or hobbies involving mechanical tools or systems (e.g., automotive, machining, electronics) Experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on technical roles Roles that require careful attention to detail or precision work Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and think critically under pressure This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in a hands-on, skill-based environment.
