Position: Java Software Engineer
Location: RemoteKey Responsibilities
Analyze complex codebases and evaluate code quality, accuracy, readability, and efficiency. Review software implementations and identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and potential improvements. Evaluate software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices. Solve programming challenges and assess the correctness of technical solutions. Develop clear technical explanations and structured documentation. Assess code for maintainability, scalability, reliability, and adherence to coding standards. Apply critical thinking to complex software engineering problems. Provide detailed feedback to improve technical accuracy and solution quality.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in software development or software engineering.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming technologies, including Python, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, or Full Stack Development.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, debugging, and software development principles.
Experience with code reviews, technical problem-solving, or software design.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote environment.
