This role supports daily operations by ensuring exterior areas, parking lots, landscaping, buildings, and company vehicles meet established cleanliness and operational standards. The position plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for customers, employees, and visitors while supporting efficient day-to-day operations and brand presentation.Daily Duties & ResponsibilitiesPick up trash and debris throughout parking lots, buildings, and surrounding groundsMaintain landscaping areas, including weed control, trimming, and general upkeepWash building exteriors, entrances, signage, and high-visibility guest areasClean and wash shuttle buses and company vehicles to maintain appearance standardsMonitor lot conditions and report hazards, damage, or maintenance needsAssist with light facility maintenance and operational support tasks as neededEnsure walkways, customer areas, and operational spaces remain clean and safeOperate groundskeeping, cleaning, and washing equipment safely and properlySupport seasonal needs such as snow removal preparation, weather cleanup, or peak travel readinessFollow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational standardsPhysical RequirementsThis position requires regular outdoor work and physical activity. Associates should be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and carry materials for extended periods. The role may involve lifting items up to approximately 50 pounds, operating groundskeeping and cleaning equipment, washing buildings and vehicles, and working in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Attention to safety practices and proper equipment use is essential.Shift ExpectationsSchedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods based on operational needs. Flexibility is important, as shifts may vary depending on seasonal demands, weather conditions, shuttle activity, and property needs.
