Title: Performance Testing (Remote) Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Job Description: Administrative support for maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, UFT, Etc. Performance testing SDLC executions, development of performance test Scripts, test plans, test executions, analysis, and reporting Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational and security standards Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation, ensuring they align with industry trends and organizational needs Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams to enhance their ability to execute automation and performance testing, driving continuous quality improvement Provide support for Performance testing and Automation initiative for teams and projects enterprise-wide Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing processes Senior Level: Minimum of 8-10 years' experience with LoadRunner enterprise, 5 years with ALM and UFT and software development preferred. A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred.
