In this role, you’ll connect top skilled trades talent with leading employers across the Milwaukee area through contract-to-hire and direct placement opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping both clients and candidates succeed.What You’ll DoRecruit, source, and identify qualified skilled trades candidates for client openingsConduct interviews and make independent hiring recommendationsManage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboardingCoordinate offers, start dates, employee communication, and follow-up supportPartner with management to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategiesCreate and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles based on client needsSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and career fairsScreen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications and fitSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clientsCommunicate job opportunities and client information clearly and professionally to candidatesConduct reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment processesMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support new employee orientation and onboarding activitiesBuild strong relationships with internal teams, employees, and clientsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 3 years of education, recruiting experience, HR experience, or a combination of the twoPrevious staffing or recruiting experience preferred, especially in skilled trades or industrial environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer and internet search skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently after trainingReliable transportation and schedule flexibilityBilingual Spanish is a plusWhy Join SITE Staffing?Opportunity to make a direct impact on people’s careers and local businessesCollaborative, team-oriented environmentGrowth opportunities within a well-established staffing firmIf you are driven, organized, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
