Machine Operator

*Machine Operators - Multiple Shifts Available!* *Location: Belen, NM* *Temp to Hire Opportunities! * *Job Summary* We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the production process, assisting in the manufacturing of products for the pharmaceutical, nutritional, and health industries. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. *Duties* * Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery such as packet sealing machines, paper loading equipment, and ultrasonic sealing equipment. * Monitor packet quality in accordance with specifications. * Visually inspect products to identify any issues or defects. * Package and label finished products for shipments. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes. *Qualifications* * Basic mathematical skills. * Proficiency in English, ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders, and instructions. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. * Drug Test and Background Check required. *Schedules* * 1st Shift. * 2nd Shift * 3rd Shift.
